The limits of IVC ultrasound

Here's a talk I gave about how I feel that using the IVC to assess volume responsiveness is actually completely useless...

    Very interesting talk on the limitations of IVC assessment, particularly in spontaneously breathing patients without increased work of breathing; not given fluids due to lack of IVC collapse
