Great discussion last Wednesday! This is one of the commonly cited papers for a reason for doing soft tissue POCUS. There were many questions raised with the possibility of selection bias. Having said that we identified clinical scenarios where POCUS continues to be helpful -- eg. cellulitis unresponsive to antibiotics. Any other comments?
